Pure Points hat allows you to earn points on every purchase and redeem on future purchases on Purefina.co

You may enroll online at Purefina.co by creating a My Account which will only require you to provide your email address and password for login.

There are absolutely no fees for joining! This is a free rewards program for us to show our appreciation to all our loyal Purefina customers.

To discontinue your Pure Points account, provide notice via email to Customer Care. All accrued Pure Points will be forfeited at that time. Cancellation may take up to 48 hours.

If you are enrolled in Pure Points at Purefina.co, we will send email communications regarding the status of your Pure Points balance. If you wish not to receive these email communications, you must manage your subscriptions or unsubscribe.

You must create a My Purefina. Once you create an account, you will automatically get 350 Pure Points just for joining!

Purchase Qualifying Products
You must login to your account when you make a purchase. For every purchase made, you will earn 1 Pure Point for every dollar spent on the total amount spent on products (not valid on discounts from promotional codes). At times we will have events where you can earn more points per dollars spent on products. See example earnings chart below. You must be logged into your account when you make your purchase so the Pure Points can be recorded.

There are certain actions that will not be valid for Pure Point earnings such as: order adjustments, cancelled orders, replacement orders, returns, shipping and handling, surcharges, gift services, sales tax, store services, prior purchases, purchases made with an E-Coupon, purchases made with E-Gift Certificates, purchases made with Store Credit, discounts from promotional codes, or checking out as a guest.

After the pending period of 30 days from ship date for domestic US shipments and after 45 days from ship date for international shipments.

Yes. Your Pure Points expire two (24) months from the day your Purefina Account is last active. A Purefina Account is considered “active” if there has been at least 1 order placed or qualifying activity that has constituted in earning Pure Points. Therefore, if your Purefina Account is considered “inactive” your Available Pure Points will be forfeited.

Every 1,000 Pure Points equates to $10.00 (Pure Dollars). For every 1,000 Pure Points you earn, your Available Pure Points balance will display converted in increments of $10.00. You will be able to apply your Pure Points reward at checkout. You will have the option to select which redemption value you would like to redeem on your order given that it is less than the total dollar amount of your shopping bag. See example conversion chart below.

Pure Points is subject to cancellation at any time without prior notice. All outstanding Pure Points must redeem within 45 days after Pure Points cancelled.
